I’ll guide you to create a simple, personalised reset plan based on how you spiral, so you’re not guessing what to do when it happens again. You just grab your plan and follow it.

In lesson 2, we'll look at what happens to you specifically when you're triggered, so you can learn how to recognise the early signs. This makes everything that follows faster and easier.

In lesson 3 and 4, I teach you the practical steps on how to reset in 30 minutes after being triggered. These steps get your body out of fight-or-flight quickly and stop your brain from continuing to generate the threatening thoughts that cause you to spiral.

In lesson 5, I'll guide you to create your own personal 30 Minute Reset Plan, and keep this for when you’re triggered. Then you'll pull it out and follow it to reset quickly.


Why this is different
This system is different because it addresses everything that's happening to you when you spiral, both in your body and your mind.
Most approaches focus on calming the body but don’t deal with the mental loop that's happening in your head.
Other approaches tell you to “just let it go”, which is impossible when you've been triggered and your body is flooded wth stress hormones.
This system follows a specific sequence that interrupts the physiological stress response in your body so your brain can think clearly again, then stops the mental spiral before it takes over.
This system isn’t about trying to "just calm down". You’re not trying to convince yourself that she isn’t awful or that you shouldn’t be upset – you’re simply stopping the spiral so you get your brain (and life) back.
